These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the One Expect platform and all its services. By visiting the website, creating an account, or participating in any betting activity, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

One expect may, at its sole discretion, request account verification at any time and without providing a reason. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

The minimum age to register and bet on one expect is 18. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from creating or using an account, and doing so is a violation of our responsible gaming policy.

• A national ID or passport may be requested at registration to verify your age.
• One Expect reserves the right to verify your age at any time if there is reason for doubt.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet is generally refunded.

• Arbitrage betting by placing opposing bets on the same match is prohibited.
• Exploiting system or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• If one expect detects suspicious betting patterns, payments may be placed on hold until an investigation is completed.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.

• Suspicious transactions will be reported in compliance with anti-money laundering laws.

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
• Every bonus has an expiry date — if not used within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.

• If there is evidence that an account was created using false information.
• Upon request by law enforcement or by court order.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains with no evidence of a terms violation, the funds will be returned upon completion of the investigation. Contact support to request a balance refund.

• Bets or transactions missed due to internet connection issues.
• Delayed transactions caused by third-party payment providers.

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own errors or negligence.
• If data is compromised due to a virus or malware on the user's device.
